Dream Team. Dream BIG. Pray BOLD. Work HARD.

Alrighty so as I was chatting with other Premiers on how to help each of y'all to reach it they pointed out what I did to get here. Which is recruiting my Dream Team and building a wide frontline. Not only had I sat down from the beginning and had a Dream Team but I contacted those people on not just a Poshy level. 

Building relationships is very much a huge key so often time just going after them to join your team will not work. For me I just Dream up lists of people who I thought would be amazing at Posh and I would love to work with.....then just went on being myself and building relationships/friendships. If I met someone that I would love to work with like at the kiddos school, church, events, or parties then I would add them!!

Keep in contact with them, a no right now is not a No forever....so always come back and ask if they are ready to be Posh with you! Chatting with them about non-poshy stuff is a great way to see where they are in life so then you are building a stronger relationship. 

Answer all questions with a genuine answer and let them feel your excitement that you have for the company. Share that they will not be alone and that they get to set how big or how small that they will Posh. You will have your "Yous", your casual people, personal poshers and yes even people who just join for the great kit. So make sure you are upfront with each of them with their quesitons.

So challenge! Come up with as many people as you can that would LOVE on your Dream team.....then start contacting them....maybe 5 per week...not just tagging them in a post but personally talking to them in person or via message or text 

One of the first requirements for Premier is to have 4 Frontlines that are qualified($200pv) that month!! So your first step is start pushing for those 4!! You definitely want more than 4 but push yourself to those four!!

This is the post that I posted in my Team Group on Facebook and gave me butterflies when I clicked the button "Post". I love getting the chance to encourage my team and help others reach for their goals. As y'all know, Posh is more than just a company I work for. It is beyond that for me and my family. It is an opportunity for me to build relationships with people around me via Posh and to grow my family in ways that we would have never dreamed up. All four of my kiddos LOVE to help with anything Poshy that I am doing. They push me and challenge me to do my best and so far I've been able to do that, all while my hubby has been deployed. Well Miss Abagail came up to me with this paper she made...out of the blue....and gave me this challenge!! She thinks we should push for 100 members before the end of March when Travis gets home!! We are at 78 right now and needing just 22 more! Are you one of those 22 that will join us before Travis gets home?

UPDATE!!!! We made IT!!!!! We were at 105 when Travis came home and today are sitting at 107 wonderful and amazing ladies that we are working with on our Posh journey....such opportunity here and I am THANKFUL for each person on our team!!!

Perfect! Staying Positive is the biggest tip with Direct Sales I can give, keep on smiling, being kind, enjoying the moment you are in and looking for the bright side of every situation. 

When I was pushing so hard for another DS company last year and it was just failing day after day it could have completely destroyed me but I forced myself to stay positive. It was so hard to face the rejection, the No's and lack of sales for the time I was putting in. But if I would not have faced all of those trials then I would not be pushing thru with Posh. I've found with Posh it's more about the kindness in your everyday interactions, the smile you keep on your face even if you are uncertain how your month will go and finding that bright light in every situation even if it didn't turn out the way you had planned. 

Enjoy the moment you are in, look around and SEE the blessings that surround you, and continue on to achieving your dreams!

Gratitude!

Always be Thankful and remember to send out thank you notes or emails to those who are supporting your posh business. Making real and genuine connections with people is going to be what separates your customer service with those around you from other company's. 

We are getting to personally pamper other ladies, gentlemen and kiddos so make the moments you get with them special with a kind smile,listening ear or something personally written to them......be a blessing! 

When people say "oh I can just get some lotion in a store" you need to reply "getting POSHed is more than just a purchase of a product, it is it's own experience". Because it should be and is completely up to you as to how you will treat your customers and hostess, you are in charge of what their experience with Posh will be......soooooo make it POSHtastic, pamper them, be a blessing! 

Keep in mind that your Posh Business is YOUR Posh Business no matter how big or small your goals are, it is up to YOU and YOU alone to figure out how you want your business to be!

Ann talked to us about the power of presentation and it starts with yourself. Your attitude, what you wear, how you talk to everyone and how you've decided to brand yourself with Posh. As most of you know I went with using the Mustache for my mailed out samples, my advertising and other ways.....I now have customers relating the mustache with me and Posh  Mustache YOU to try Posh! Haha I'm not saying you need to go out and find a "mascot" but stick with your branding and who YOU are! I've done the Mustache from the very beginning with no real plan but now has grown into something that is working for me! 

As you look around in the Posh groups you will see that everyone has their own style with Posh and that is exactly how Ann has intended it to be! Each of us allowed to figure out what works for us with no real rules about what and how we are expected to run our business (other than to be kind to your fellow consultants, share Posh positively and be yourself and what is in the P&P). Never be afraid to change things that are not working, just as long as you continue to share your passion of life and Posh. If you see something working for someone else feel free to use their idea BUT you must change it a little to make it your own. Just copying their idea word for word or action for action probably will not work for you like it does for them, instead see an idea and make it your own before using it and you will see so much more back to you for your work! 

She also shared with us a great tip as we figure out how we are going to work our business to best suit us! Keep in mind the that information equals money! So in the times you are not sure what to "do" for your business then read up on the products(which our new Posh Papers are awesome for that), go read Tuesday Training in the Box, Listen to some training calls or just go play with the products! The more you know the more you sell!! 

Perfectly Posh will work for anyone that realizes the beauty of the direct sales business, that you are no longer working for someone but WITH a bunch of people who are willing to help you find YOUR way that works for you! Many ideas to find the best way for you to build your Posh business in the way that will grow your business the most. Keeping in mind that growth never comes by standing in your comfort zone, success doesn't come to you without seeking it first! So step out of your comfort zone, staying true to yourself....Go talk face to face with people about Posh, Ask them to book parties, Get on the phone and call your leads, share Posh in a public place, Posh local businesses..........the power is within YOU to be successful!

I've been doing this for years and especially now more than before! With life being crazy for me right now I find just smiling at someone and them smiling back feels so good. Knowing that just a simple act of smiling can brighten someone's day!

Posh is the same great feeling, knowing I am sharing a great product with everyone feels so good. When they use our products they are pampering, feeling good about themselves and it brightens their day! So instead of feeling like I'm bothering someone about trying posh, I just smile then remind myself that we are here to brighten and impact those who are around us and posh will help us do that!
