I know this sounds crazy but it is so so important to have the attitude of giving without excepting anything in return. This isn't just for giving away Posh or discounts but includes your time, kindness, and encouraging words. 

When you are answering questions about Posh or sending out samples try focusing on GETTING the chance to connect with people rather than focusing on them joining your team or the sale. When sharing Posh have the mindset of GETTING to pamper someone or blessing their day and do not be focused on them to booking a party or purchase posh. When answering questions focus on GETTING to connect with an old friend or making a new one rather than trying to push them to join.
